* We are open for normal service from 8am to 6pm everyday of the year!

* Out of hour services are charged at the rate of time and a half..excluding Mobile cattery and Small Pet visiting Services

* Saturdays are charged at the rate of Time and a Half for Dog Walking Service and Errands

* Sundays are charged at the Rate of Double time for Dog Walking Service and Errands

* Christmas, boxing and New years day is charged at the rate of triple time for Dog Walking Service.

* Mobile Cattery Service is charged at the rate of Triple time for Christmas day only, then double time for all other holidays.

* Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Bank Holidays are charged at the rate of Double time for Dog Walking service

* New clients of Helping Hands dog walking service are to be agreeable to a 6 month minimum contract.

* Fee's for pet services are payable in advance

* We charge a £5 clean up fee for any visit where we have to take extra time to clean any unexpected dog / cat fouling or diarrhea in your property,  We provide a basic clean, any floorboards, upholstery, carpets needing professional cleaning is the responsibility of the client. A refundable deposit may be required.

* Payment is due on completion of all Errand and Senior Services, unless other arrangements have been made

* You will be charged your days fee if 24 hours notice to cancel your service has not been given.

* Helping Hands Provide Maximum care for your pets but will not be liable for any pets who run away or become ill if not informed by owners of health problems or if dogs are in season.

* Clients will be responsible for their dogs to be vaccinated and have flea treatments to attend dog walking service

* Rates are subject to change

* Helping Hands Errand & Pet Service reserve the right to refuse service at any time
