WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW !

* We are open for normal service from 8am to 6pm Everyday of the year! (pet visits start from 6am) Out-Of-Hour Errands and Services will incur a surcharge, the client will be quoted the appropriate fee.
(excluding Pet Holiday Home Service)
* Sundays and Bank Holidays are charged at Double time, except for pet visiting clients booking 7 days or more. * Saturday is charged at Time and a Half, except for pet visiting clients booking 7 days or more * Easter, Christmas, Boxing and New years day , a supplement of £15 is also added * Rates are subject to change.
* Fee's for Dog Walking and Pet Services are payable in advance
* Payment is due on completion of Errands or Senior Service, unless other arrangements have been made.
* First- time clients may be required to Pre-Pay / Have a restricted credit limit for purchases.
* please note you will be charged your days fee if 24hours notice to cancel your service is not given. * Services requiring transportation of cats require a suitable pet carrier to be provided by the client.
* Helping Hands Errand & Pet Service Reserve the right To Refuse Service.
