HOME SITTING ( not 24 hour care )
* Paul and Dawn provide this service as a couple, and maintain the high standard of care and good name that Helping Hands offer.
* We are non-smokers and are fully Insured to House-sit
* We stay in the clients home from 6pm until 10am the following morning.
* We can provide a pet visit in the day if required ( optional with additional fee )
* We tend to all your pets needs including walks, cleaning the pets area and giving lots of fuss and attention.
* We check your property and grounds and keep them secure.
* We keep your property clean and tidy as we found it and of course our presence there deters any criminal activity.* We bring our own bedding and provide our own food, so there are no hidden extras in our fee.
* If you have an elderly relative who normally lives with you, who are well and able but dont travel, we are more than happy for them to stay in their home with us.
* On your return we leave your home ready and welcoming for you.
* Clients booking 10 days or longer will receive a free welcome Home Hamper of essential Groceries
The fee's for this valuable service are..........
* FROM £35 PER STAY FOR DOGS ( Maximum 3 dogs included in the fee, £3.50 per extra dog thereafter ) The breed and size of your dog is taken into account when your fee is calculated
* FROM £25 PER STAY FOR CATS ( Maximum 3 cats included in the fee, £2.50 for each extra cat thereafter )
* FROM £20 PER STAY FOR HOUSE SIT ONLY ( no pets )
* Dont worry if you have a mixture of pets, just give us the details and we will give you a quote......
A mileage fee of 40p a mile for time and travel to your home is also added if outside of central Gateshead
Owners of poultry or smallholding properties are also welcome to contact us, fee's to be arranged.

* An non-committal consultation will take place at your home so both parties can meet and discuss all your requirements.* Helping Hands will inform you by letter if the booking has been accepted or declined
* Your home must be to a good standard and clean for us to stay in
* If when we have arrived at your home the standard is not as we expected we reserve the right to alter the service and additional fee's may be charged
* payments by cheque have to be cleared before the service begins
HOME VISITING SERVICE
If you need someone to check your property when your away for the day or overnight, if you have to go into hospital or if your property is empty and waiting to be sold we can provide a home visiting service for you.
* All your requirements will be discussed at your consultation
* We can visit as many times a day you require
* We pick up your post, open and shut your curtains.
* Set light timers to make your home have the" lived in "look in the evening
* Water your plants and garden (mowing the lawn is available for an extra fee)
* Check all windows and doors are secure and locked
* Added security and peace of mind
The fee for this valuable service is £10 per visit plus a mileage fee of 40p a mile for time and travel to and from your property if outside of Central Gateshead
