I have been overjoyed with the service I have received from Helping Hands. Dawn is a joy and couldn't have been more reassuring. My little cat has kidney failure and is on daily medication and has always been looked after by my neighbour, who is unable to administer her meds. Dawn has looked after Felix so well, and is so very caring, that I don't need to fret when I go away - I know that she's not just being looked after but pampered and made a huge fuss of! Dawn is always in touch to let me know that Felix is well and happy and I can enjoy time away without worrying. Without Dawn, I'd have no holidays as catteries are not an option for me. I can't praise her, and her business, enough!

Our beautiful rescue dog,Bailey has been with Helping Hands for nearly a year now. Dawn made me feel at ease straight away when she first met Bailey. Lovely warm lady with a genuine love for animals. You've been so flexible when my shifts have changed at last minute and you have managed to fit Bailey in for walks. Fantastic service which is reliable, friendly, reasonable and flexible. Helping Hands has been a godsend and Bailey loves his walks so much with Sharna and meeting all the other doggies (especially the girly ones!!!) Thanks so much gang!!

Our cocker spaniel Finlay has been with Helping Hands since May 2011 and absolutely loves going out for walks with all his friends. We would be totally lost without Dawn and her team who provide such a fantastic service! Thank you sooooo much!

Thank you, thank you and thank you. Dawn knowing that Tiggy is being so well cared for when I'm away means that I can totally relax on my hols, so many thanks again.

Phoenix and I are very sad today after hearing of the loss of the beautiful Kymm. Our condolences go to Sue and Lilly and all at Helping Hands who loved Kymm, may her dear soul rest in peace.

A big thank you to dawn and staff for looking after my two cats for a few days. On return my cats looked perfectly chilled and spoiled, which was lovely. I was contacted by text for updates. I will definately be using Helping Hands in the future and will be recommending to all of my friends. Thanks again.

Massive thanks as always to Dawn and everyone at Helping Hands. We came back to two very happy cats, and were able to totally enjoy our holiday knowing that they and our property were being well looked after in our absence. Thanks guys - I don't know what we'd do without you!

Just to say a big thank you for looking after our two cats, Cagney and Lacey during our recent trip to America.
The cats were happy and healthy upon our return even though they are both normally very nervous around strangers, it seems they were put at ease by the constant visits.
I would not hesitate in using Helping Hands again after the fantastic service that we received and we will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I just wanted to say thank you for looking after Hobbes and Luna so well on my recent weekend away. It was such a relief to know they were being so well cared for and even Hobbes who is a very nervous cat and not used to strangers was very happy while I was away. I'll certainly be using you again in the very near future.

we have just got back from holiday and would likr to thank dawn and paul so much
for looking after our cat holly and our home again
we trust nobody else to look after our cat and i have now lost count how many years they have looked after holly.we went away with total peace of mind and came home to a very contented cat.thank you again.
